Two New Tech Support Calls (Emails)

My buddy is a system engineer and I did tech support during college. Here are a few new ones that he actually received:

Problem 1: Everytime I move my mouse and want to choose something, I have to click the button. Is there anything we can do to make sure I don’t have to click my mouse when choosing stuff? Sometimes I click the wrong things and if the mouse would just click it automatically that would be great.

Problem 2: WHEN WE MISDIAL THE VERIFICATION NUMBER ie 9-8XX-XXXX….. SHE RECIEVES THE CALL BECAUSE THE STORES AREN”T DAILING 9-1 8XX-XXX-XXX. IS THERE ANY THING WE CAN DO TO FIX THIS PROBLEM BESIDES MAKING SURE THAT EVERYONE DAILS 9 1 8XX ETC. THANKS
